Right Now, I want to be not okay

I already acknowledged that I have not been good at posting on this blog often and I also already acknowledged that it has been almost nine months ago since I last post on this post.

I do not have much to say for this post. I shared a status update a few nights ago and it mentioned "Right now, I want to be not okay." I appreciated a few friends who commented and asked me if I was okay.

I am okay and I have been overcoming from losing a church member friend named Robert who passed away during the past weekend. My parents met and knew Robert before I met him and got to know him.
Above is a photo of him and he is in the middle.

My parents has helped him so much throughout his addiction recovery. I still remember when my Dad mentioned to me about Robert for first time and I felt that I should meet Robert one day. One Sunday, I went to a chapel where Robert and his family goes to Church. I had the opportunity to meet Robert fot the first time.

I can not believe it has been roughly a year and a few days ago since I first met him and the time when I last him was around March this year when I graduated from Institute.

Robert was caring guy towards me and he was a great friend to me. I do not think that I have been a great friend for him because I have not been good at having conversations with him often whenever I had the opportunity to.

Whenever he saw me in person and most of those times was after Institute, he asked me how I was, how my parents was and he asked me other questions.

I know you will be looking down on me, your family, your relatives and your friends who you left behind from Heaven. I am very grateful for having the knowledge about The Plan of Salvation/The Plan of Happiness for multiple reasons.

All I can ask from friends is to pray for me to feel comfort and peace again. If you would like to, try to cheer me up and just a heads up, please do not feel down if I do not reply to your messages straight away.

Day Twenty Five: #lighttheworld

Today marks day twenty five of #lighttheworld. "Jesus’s Disciples Followed Him and So Can We"

When the Savior was born, a new light appeared in the heavens. He is the Light of the World not just on Christmas Day, but every day. Follow Him, and never walk in darkness again.

Today's scripture reference is found in Luke 9:23 and it reads the following; “And he said to them all, If any man will come after me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross daily, and follow me.”
I would like to share with you a video above about why we need a Savior and I know it is a very inspiring video. I encourage you to watch the video in your own time. If you can not see the video, here's the link to the video below. www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ly7c9scxB9I

Today is Christmas Day. I encourage you to think about and seeking answers to the following questions;
"Why do you celebrate Christmas?" "If you do not celebrate Christmas, what do you celebrate instead?"
"Do you celebrate Christmas?" "If you do celebrate Christmas, how do you celebrate Christmas?"

"Do you celebrate Christmas with your family and extended relatives?"
"Do you celebrate Christmas with your friends?"

"Do you remember the birth of Jesus Christ during Christmas season?"
"Do you think about all the presents that you receive on Christmas Day?"

"What does Christmas truly means to you?" "What does Christmas means to your extended relatives?"
"What does Christmas means to your immediate relatives?" "What does Christmas means to your friends?"

"What does Christmas means to your neighbours?" "What does Christmas means to your neighbours' relatives?"

In the world today, there are many people who are celebrating Christmas with their relatives and extended relatives. In the world today, there are some people who are celebrating Christmas alone. there are some people who does not celebrate Christmas.

I know we all can become like Jesus Christ if we choose to follow him. I know when we all choose to become like him, we will feel blessed and I know we will be able to acknowledge ourselves of how much he has done for us. He set continuous great examples. I know we can follow his examples and when we follow his examples, we can share it to others the happiness of the gospel that brings into our daily lives.

It may be hard at times to follow Jesus Christ's examples and that is okay. I know we all can choose to become a light to the world especially to the non-believers. I would like to you to watch the video in your own time.

Merry Christmas to everyone, safe travels if you are traveling on this Christmas Day. Please remember the true meaning of Christmas during this Christmas season. I hope you will have a great day.

Day Twenty Four: #lighttheworld

This post is short and sweet. Today marks twenty four of #lighttheworld. My goodness, is it really Christmas Day tomorrow? Can you believe it?

"Jesus Cared for His Loved Ones and So Can You"

Some of the most touching moments of Jesus Christ’s ministry involved His family and close friends. This Christmas, we can honor the birth of Jesus Christ by following His loving example of serving those who matter most in our lives.

Today's scripture is found in John 11:5-6 and it reads the following;

“5 Now Jesus loved Martha, and her sister, and Lazarus.

6 When he had heard therefore that he was sick, he abode two days still in the same place where he was.”

I do not know if the Image that I have shared goes well if this post or not. If you can not see the Image below, it says "Those we love don't go away, they walk beside us every day ... unseen, unheard, but always near, still loved, still missed and very dear."

Well I actually did two Christ-like services last night, so a night early. Oops. So last night, I visited a close friend who I have not seen for awhile and I thought to have a quick catch up with her. I ended up being with that friend for almost two hours and half. It was really good because it has been a few weeks since I last saw her. While visiting her, I gave her a card and mentions a lot about me and her. I know it really cheered her up.

Another one was visiting my next door neighbour, I ordered a late dessert meal, dinner and drink for her, me and my two younger siblings to share. It was good because I know when people are less fortune than I am, really appreciate unexpected surprises and always good to know that I felt good by doing that for her.
