The Importance of Keeping a Journal

Some readers may not understand the importance of keeping a journal but that is okay.
Some readers may not have ideas to write in their journals but that is okay.
Some readers may not have a journal.
Readers, I encourage you to keep a journal. A journal that you will write in it often. A journal could be filled with funny stories, how you are feeling today, what was the highlights that happened during the week and many more ideas.

I loved what Brad Wilcox says in the Image because it is true. Readers, take the advantage starting from today or tomorrow to get a journal and start writing in it. Some people probably use a journal to either take notes from what they felt or learning from reading their scriptures daily and/or taking notes for what they have learnt during class time for Church, such as Firesides, Classes, etc.

When the journal is filled, it is worth to look back and read through it on the days that you feel down or happy in general. Please,  keep a journal. You can share others with what you have written in a journal if it isn't too personal.

Stay Tuned until next time.
